- Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Upon shipping, the packages will be shipped by the freight type requested on the order (excluding holidays and weekends).
- Packages will be shipped from Kamloops, BC and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.
- We currently do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
To ensure delivery by Christmas, place your order with the shipping methods noted below by the cutoff date. 2 Day and Next Day are the only methods with guaranteed delivery.
- Ground - 12/13 11 AM PST (Recommended but not Guaranteed)
- 2 Day - 12/18 10 PM PST
- Next Day - 12/20 10 PM PST
Extended Holiday Returns
Gift easily this season with an extended return period through January 15th, 2020, for orders placed after November 1st, 2019.
Changes and Cancels
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing and cannot be changed or canceled. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. OluKai is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- We only accept returns on footwear purchased directly through olukai.ca.
- All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in its original and unused condition.
- We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for another size, color or style, please place another order on olukai.com for your replacement item.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
- Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
